Bulky-item transport deserves a better experience.

Moving a bulky item connects someone who needs transport with someone who has the capacity to provide it. We're building yevho to organise that connection and everything that follows: a service coordinated through software, AI and independent professionals.

The problem, seen from inside the work.

I've seen the problem from the inside. Working in parcel delivery, hospital logistics, furniture delivery and removals, I saw how much time went into everything around transport: finding the next job, clarifying the load, agreeing access and assistance, and piecing information together from calls and messages.

I also saw the other side: someone buys furniture and doesn't know how to get it home; a professional has the equipment and experience but needs to find that demand. Observing the work and building early prototypes taught me something: connecting them wasn't enough. The order needed better preparation and the service needed support through execution.

That is where yevho comes from: bring supply and demand together, turn a need into useful information and organise the service through delivery. We're starting with bulky items in the Community of Madrid, aiming to build a system that can grow without losing care for the person booking or the professional doing the work.

One platform. One service from start to finish.

The assistant is the entry point, not the whole product. yevho aims to bring supply and demand together through connected, AI-powered software experiences: simplify the order, organise professional capacity and support each service through completion.

  1. Product

Solve the complete journey with useful tools, not an accumulation of features or conversations.

  2. Quality

Turn care for the service into a shared standard, with training and support for the network.

  3. Marketing

Be where the need to move an item arises: attract and concentrate demand so it finds professional capacity.

  4. Expansion

Start across the Community of Madrid, consolidate the model and aim to expand across Spain and Europe, with local capacity and quality before each opening.

Operations teach us what deserves to become technology.

We want real work to be our learning environment: identify missing information, what helps professionals and what improves coordination. Authorised cases, suitable data and human review will allow us to evaluate tools and AI capabilities against a real baseline, not just a demonstration.

Over time, capabilities that prove useful could become products for the transport sector: order preparation, operational support, planning or training. They must first work within yevho, respect data rights and deliver value that justifies their cost. This does not mean training automatically on every order or promising a proprietary model.

Next: take the journey into the field.

Complete services with the request, price, confirmation, coordination and execution recorded in one workflow. We'll measure quality, time, costs and usefulness to decide what to improve and how to expand the product.

Organise the service. Build a repeatable model.

Revenue linked to the service

The planned model ties yevho's revenue to transport services managed through the platform. The value we aim to provide is in preparing, coordinating and supporting the move.

Tools for businesses

We propose free basic tools for working with yevho and paid advanced options, such as an order agent for each business. A future model that must sustain its usage, maintenance and support costs.

Growth within the same product

The shop and business solutions will expand the value of the same system. Later, proven AI tools could help other transport-sector businesses; each evolution will require demonstrable demand, quality, data rights and economics.

The ambition is to grow from Madrid across Spain and Europe. Replicate the product and standards, build local capacity and concentrate demand in each market: purposeful expansion, not a coverage map that doesn't exist yet.

Let's build the next stage.

We're looking for people who want to turn this opportunity into a real product. Engineering, transport knowledge and resources to prepare the network, bring the workflow into production and learn from the first services.

There are different ways to contribute:

  • Technical co-founding and collaboration

Engineering with product judgement to build and operate safe software: backend, data, quality and applied AI. We're looking for capabilities that complement the founder's product and operational direction.

  • Transport professionals

Experience with items, access and execution to help prepare an independent network and service standards grounded in the real work.

  • Investment and support

Investors and collaborators who can bring resources and judgement to the first cycle: a safe product, verified professional capacity and services that let us measure usefulness, quality and costs before growing.

Build from real work. Grow with the right team.

I'm Andrés Robles, founder and promoter of yevho. My experience is in transport and logistics; that perspective guides the product and the prototypes I build with AI assistance and human review. I want technology to respond to problems in the work, not force the work to fit an idea disconnected from the sector.

The next stage seeks a technical co-founder and people who bring engineering, operational judgement and resources. We don't want growth at any cost: we want a team that cares for customers and professionals, builds with quality and shares this vision.

Let's talk about your contribution.

If you see an opportunity in this way of organising transport, let's talk. Tell us what interests you, what experience you bring or how you'd like to get involved.
