Legal notice
1. Website owner. This website belongs to the yevho project, currently being incorporated. Provisional owner: Andres Robles, as founder and promoter of the project, with ID [Andres Robles's ID (NIF)] and contact address at [contact email]. Once the company is incorporated, it will assume the responsibilities arising from operating the site, and this notice will be updated with the company name, tax ID and address.
2. Purpose. This site is for pre-launch information and outreach: explaining what yevho is, offering registration on an informational waiting list, and receiving contact messages. It does not offer transport services, sell anything, or allow contracting services through this website.
3. Terms of use. Access to the site is free. Users agree to make appropriate use of the forms and not to enter third-party data without their authorisation, nor data unrelated to the stated purpose.
4. Liability. The owner is not liable for misuse of the site or for damages arising from force majeure, network or service-provider failures, or the content of linked third-party sites.
5. Intellectual property. The site's texts, visual identity and assets belong to their owner. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction. This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of [city], unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Privacy policy
1. Data controller. The provisional controller is Andres Robles, founder and promoter of the yevho project, currently being incorporated (ID: [Andres Robles's ID (NIF)]; contact: [contact email]). Once the company is incorporated, it will assume responsibility for processing and this policy will be updated.
2. Data we collect and why. a) Waiting list: email address, stated profile (user, driver, company or incubator, investor or founder), language and referring page. Solely to inform you about yevho's launch and progress. b) Contact form: name, email, optional organisation and message, to respond to your enquiry (investment, co-founding, collaboration). We collect no data beyond what is stated. We do not store IP addresses or browser identifiers with these forms. We do not use tracking cookies (see cookie policy).
3. Lawful basis. The express consent you give when submitting each form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is free, specific, informed and revocable at any time.
4. Recipients. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is handled by service providers acting as data processors under agreement: Cloudflare (hosting, database, form protection and cookie-free analytics) and Resend (confirmation email delivery).
5. Double opt-in. Your registration stays pending until you confirm your email via the link we send you. Until confirmation, your email is only used to verify consent. If you do not confirm, the registration is deleted.
6. Retention. Waiting-list records are kept until you unsubscribe or, if unconfirmed, for the period stated in the registration flow. Contact messages are kept for 12 months after our reply (under consideration — pending validation). Records proving consent are kept as long as needed to evidence it.
7. Your rights. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [contact email], enclosing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. No automated decisions. We take no automated decisions affecting you with this website's data.
